Don I just wanted to write a short note to you and your team acknowledging the tremendous amount of work done at our home this past summer.
We all knew that doing the extensive patio around the pool with the custom cut coping and the rock stairs around the side of the house would be a challenge, but your team came through! The weather was the wettest on record on the schedule got stretched but through it all we worked through it. I just wanted to note some of the key aspects of our experience with your team:
• Professionalism of the team; conduct, courtesy, attention to detail. Daily cleanup around the job site, and out on the public road so as to minimize impact on the neighbours.
• Workmanship; a large extensive patio extending around a pool, drainage taken into consideration, large amounts of fill utilized and compacted in “layers”. Extensive custom cutting around the pool itself.
• Flexibility; changes to the original design as opportunities presented themselves were encouraged and discussed with all parties, resulting in an excellent end result.
The above attributes along with the timeliness of providing the number of people required to get the job done in a minimum amount of time without compromising quality is a primary competency of your company.
